The Administration Department supervises the entire business operation process and controls every key point in the entire business process. All the offers and contracts have to be approved by Administration Department before sending out to customer.
All the products information including specifications, packing pictures and factory information are recorded in Company's Products Database under a consolidate standard. We also have assessment procedure for new customers, suppliers, and choose only those qualified to become our business partners. Feedback Questionnaires and Surveys are sent to our customers on regular basis to analyze their requests, based on which we can improve our service constantly for better cooperation.
